A 5 minutos de la playa, la piscina y su chiringuito, hay de todo en los alrededores para comprar o comer, el supermercado del complejo está muy bien con precios normales. Cuando hemos estado nosotros, tranquilidad absoluta, tanto de día como de noche. El apartamento dispone de lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Para repetir.

Excellent location, really clean. Excellent host, so helpful. The apartment was clean and had plenty of storage and utensils etc. Pool area cleaned daily and plenty of beds. Pool bar was really good, lovely friendly bar owners. Food and drinks were beautiful.

Ubicación muy buena, muy buenas instalaciones y trato de la anfitriona. Tuvimos un problema con la clave al intentar abrir, pero nos atendieron muy bien a altas horas de la noche.

Unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin, sauberes Apartment im 1. Stock, Fliegengitter in beiden Schlafzimmern, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine, sehr sauberer Pool und ordentliche Innenanlage. Nette Poolbar mit großer Speisekarte und freundlichem Personal. Supermarkt direkt am Eingang und nur wenige Minuten an die Promenade und zum Bus

Kein Aufzug vorhanden, bei großem Gepäck etwas anstrengend. Bad hat leider kein Fliegengitter, nach unserem Dafürhalten ist es für 4 Erwachsene zu klein.

We had a fantastic family holiday here with our two teenage children. The apartment was absolutely spotless, very comfortable, and incredibly quiet – perfect for relaxing after busy days at the beach or by the pool. One of the things we loved most was how fresh the apartment felt throughout the day. Thanks to its clever design and layout, it never got too warm, and a gentle breeze was always passing through. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are great – even our teens had no complaints! The shaded terrace quickly became our favourite hangout spot. We had breakfast there every morning, played card games in the afternoon, and chatted well into the evening. The residential area is very clean and well cared for, including the swimming pools. The location couldn’t be better – close to everything we needed, and just a short walk to one of the best beaches in Maspalomas. All in all, a truly lovely place to stay. We would definitely come back and recommend it to other families looking for comfort, convenience, and a peaceful atmosphere.
