The apartment is well laid out and has all the amenities that one may want. Good bathrooms. Lots of storage in wardrobes and shelves in the bedrooms. The location is a 10 minute walk from the beach in a quiet area. The apartment has 1 dedicated parking space. The pool area is clean and the pool well looked after. Note that it isn't heated. The best thing is the Dickinson Villa staff! Really friendly and incredibly helpful- especially when we had a problem. Fabulous views of the mountains!

The apartment is a little tired. Some of the laminate flooring is worn, it doesn't do any harm but that and sagging wardrobe shelves show the age of the apartment. The decking, on the roof terrace, is OK but saggs in some places and makes one wary when walking on it. It isn't rotten, just not fully supported. The sun umbrella can't really be used, on the terrace, as the screw that clamps the pole is seized and the base is loose! Just needs a little penetrating oil and a spanner to sort. These are minor irritations though.

Good location and size

A little run down and in need of an update. Only 3 sun loungers left, issues re hot tub and loose decking.

Good location, nice roof terrace, clean, comfy beds, downstairs air conditioning great upstairs a different matter, nice balcony, has a lift. Quite peaceful area but very convienent to supermarket and beach. Pool very nice and needed.

Quite a few ongoing maintenance issues, property is getting a bit tired, issues with Freezer (new one required), air con upstairs very smelly, bedroom flickering lights, extractor fan not working downstairs kitchen. Outside grass and hedges need cutting, pool patio slabs need washing. Roof terrace wooden decking needs attention.

Spacious, secure, accommodating, private. Great living/dining/ kitchen area. Great facilities including rooftop with hot tub and amazing 270 degree views.

We have been more used to being closer to the beach and Pine Walk. Building itself showing so settlement cracks but in no way affected our stay. We treated the property as if our own so left it in a tidy condition…sadly, previous occupants have been a little careless which is very unfair as it is a lovely holiday apartment and holiday we will not forget.

Location was good. Pool was nice. Layout is good.kitchen was well equipped

It’s tired and needs a few things updating. Toilet seats are all pitted, rusty shower baskets. Kitchen cupboards have no trim on the edges. Lighting needs updating (too dark on roof terrace at night). Roof terrace decking is quite dangerous as it falls through in some areas. Jacuzzi is old and not all the jets work. Only 2 rings worked on the Kitchen hob. Fridge freezer is too tight in the casing as such the freezer door doesn’t always shut properly.
