- La amplitud del apartamento. - La terraza. - La ubicación es buena. - La plaza de garaje está al lado de la puerta de acceso al edificio y su acceso es fácil.

- La limpieza del apartamento es muy mejorable. - La ropa de cama tenía alguna mancha. - Faltaban cubiertos y vajilla en la cocina. - La bañera tenía varias manchas en el fondo. - El mobiliario es un poco viejo. - En el cuarto pequeño hay un armario pequeño pero no se puede colgar nada ahí.

Alguns aspetos do apartamento já necessitam de melhoramento

Apartamento muito limpo, embora se note que tem muitos anos e que sofreu algumas remodelações esteticas. Fica numa localização excelente e sossegada mas perto de acessos rodoviários e de transportes. Com ótimos restaurantes perto, uma padaria mesmo junto ao prédio. Comodidades suficientes para uma família de 4.

O facto de não existirem utensílios suficientes ou em falta e de só terem sido repostos parcialmente. Embora a equipa seja muito responsiva falha ali alguma comunicação entre eles mas são tudo coisas sem muita importância.

Very spacious flat .

- the smell of the flat was horrible. Lots of stains on the carpet . - there wasn’t any instructions how to use the facilities. - had to collect the keys , and was a lot of traffic. -when entering the flat for the first time , I had to leave the car and collect the keys from the flat first . They didn’t explain the lift connection with the flat . When leaving the flat , we had to get the keys back in the flat . That is something the company needs to change . Maybe another way to leave the keys like a key box . - there was a instruction to take the rubbish out , but there wasn’t instructions where is the flat bins . The flat very very noisy. The flat didn’t had air conditioning. I was cooking a meal on the last night , and the power went off 5 times . A bit ridiculous!
