Ground Floor with private garden Bellresguard

Had everything we needed, and so clean and comfortable. The host communication was excellent. So close to the waterfront, and excellent facilities.

The apartment was very well furnished, to a high standard and very well equipped. As a ground floor flat, the access was easy with access to the pool. It's very well situated and an easy few minutes to the sea. It's a quiet location but only a few minutes walk to town cafes and bars along the Pine Walk.

The apartment is extremely well equipped. Whatever you need - it has it. Apart from that - it's very quiet - we didn't hear any neighbours, but we were in November, not many people at that time. It's located near the sea.

Many elements in the apartment is in need of replacement. Mostly only due to visual reasons, like rust in a few places, knobs being too wobbly, loose panel near the door. All of it was very noticable, but it didn't influence the experience much.

This apartment was perfect for us as a family of 3. It was so handy that it’s on the ground floor with a little garden terrace out front, and parking was never an issue. We had everything we needed and loved the little extras such as a washing machine, beach towels and the kitchen was so well stocked and a great size for cooking. We also loved the location being the north side of Pollença beach- it’s a beautiful walk into the centre of port de Pollenca.

It’s hard to think of anything negative! The only things that come to mind are the pool was cold so we never used it but that didn’t matter for us as we loved going to the beach, and there were no shower toiletries such as shampoo/ body wash which is always handy to have. But these things didn’t impact our stay at all- would love to come back and stay again!

Great location in a quiet area. Lovely pool area that our children loved. Nice and comfortable apartment. Everything that you need for a lovely stay at Port Pollensa.

Good location - we could hike in the mountains everyday. The sea is close too. Perfect equipped apartment - we found everything we need in the kitchen and rooms. Washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning work properly. Quiet space, two terraces ❤ Looks better then photos. Birds every morning ❤ Very polite and helpfull host.
