Seaside Pto Mogán - Offer due to Public Works

The location, as it is very central

No windows. Wardrobe doors didn’t work. If two of you wanted a warm shower you had to hop in and hop out! Bed was ok. Concerns over health and safety as the smoke alarm needed batteries replaced and they just told us to remove them and they would replace after our stay. We didn’t feel comfortable with this so replaced them ourselves.

Central location, good working kitchen

No windows or outside space Air conditioning not working Wardrobe doors falling off, shower overflows, whole bathroom the size of a toilet, all bedding unironed, no cleaning service, buy own toilet roll, washing tablets to wash towels and bedding. Hosts hard to contact, no where to store luggage on department.... I could go on. Stay mogan twice a year past 15 years and never stayed in such poor accommodations, not cheap to reflect this

Clean, well furnished. Good location close to shops, beach etc.

This property should not be used for holiday rentals. The apartment was accessed from the street. There was an open area with 2 doors that looked like they were storage space. A door led up a stairs to the apartment. Through the next door was a large living room. The only 'windows' from that room were leading to the stairs, not to outside. The next room was the bedroom. This was good BUT the window shown in photos is only to the kitchen behind. The kitchen was OK, but no window and just a small extractor fan in the roof. The roof was a transparent screen about 3.5M from the floor. Behind was the bathroom. This had a window, about 30cm * 30cm with steel bars outside. This was the only window and useless for escape or rescue. So if there was a fire in the entrance storage rooms and it was impossible to escape down the stairs, there would be no other escape. One window, too small and with steel bars. I'm amazed that this is being offered for rent.

Location is excellent for beach and port

Small but fine for three of us. Comfortable enough for a winter break but not for a long summer vacation

Modern and clean

Stairs too steep . No natural light or air as NO windows. Step up into bathroom añd now place for placing gear. Wash bag etc . Ok for a shirt 1-2 day stay.
