Tágas, nagyon tiszta, ízléses, jól berendezett, újszerű szálláshely. Közel a belvároshoz, megnyerő környezetben, saját parkolóbeálllóval, nagy teraszokkal.

Számos dolog hiányzott, ami jól jött volna, pl. egy konyhai törlőruha, sajtreszelő, nagyobb törülköző, stb. A légkondicionálásért külön kellett fizetni (bár ez a leírásban fel van tüntetve), műholdas tv nincs, bár szerepel a leírásban. Ami katasztrófális volt, az a zuhanyzás (ezt más értékelésben is láttam). Ez valószínűleg nem a tulajdonosok/lakás, hanem a társasház műszaki hibája, de a hőfok és a víznyomás teljesen szabályozhatatlan, teljes mértékben kiszámíthatatlan. Megnyitod a melegvizet és egyszer csak eláll, nem jön, majd kirobban a zuhanyfejből; vagy leforrázod magad vagy jéghideg vizet kapsz, lutri. Gyerekeseknél kész rémálom.

-great localization -very convenient layout of the apartment providing refreshing air circulation at hot weather -well equiped, comfortable beds -underground parking slot

-clogged shower drain and very unstable water temperature -hidden cost of air-conditining (10eur/day)
