The location is probably the best thing. And the underground parking. But very, very tight.

A bit bad in my opinion. Very cold in the house. The AC at 32 degrees couldn't cope. There was no other heat source. In the double room there was a radiator/fan heater, well it was prehistoric, which only made a lot of noise, the heat didn't come at all even though I set the house thermostat to maximum. There was a radiator in the bathroom but that didn't work either even though it was set to maximum. There was a very very unpleasant smell in the bathroom, I don't know the cause but the bad thing was that it spread throughout the apartment. A musty smell everywhere. A bit of dirt everywhere. The bedding didn't seem to have been cleaned before arrival. A big long hair under the blanket. Everything you touched seemed sticky and dirty at the same time. Obviously it needs renovation there.

Very good location . Big apartment and with all you need.

In winter time, is a litle too cold. The heat is not enought.
