Clean, central, everything you need.

Could do with cosier lighting, though I'm told that's coming, and perhaps a firmer mattress.

Cleaning deposit is an irritation

It is a beautiful apartment in a wonderfully central location and near the Thames too. It was very comfortable with all modern conveniences which made it a great place to stay.

No negatives at all

Very pretty apartment, top of the range everything and the kitchen has everything you need. I asked for a cot for a baby and it was provided

The location is practical but very noisy and there's a traffic light outside the bedroom window that could do with a black out blind as the room lights up orange every few minutes all night. No broom or hoover so with a crawling baby and a 6 night stay the floor was dirty and all I had was a dustpan and brush to clean it. The bed is huge and comfy but needs a duvet big enough for the bed.

Brilliant location.

Being very picky because the Apartment was very nice and extremely clean…. The pillows were not very good. No full length mirror in the bedroom near a plug socket. The lighting was very harsh. A corner lamp would have made it much cosier when relaxing at night time

We were very impressed with the extra items, plenty of toilet roll tea coffee sugar etc

We found the bed rather uncomfortable, very soft. And the pillows were poor quality.

The property location, facilities within the apt and how easy the property was to access. It was all excellent
