A CASA DA KATY - KATYS HOUSE

A localização é muito boa, perto da praia e da animação noturna. Tem também acessos para restaurantes. A casa tem bom espaço e tem uma garagem para meter o automóvel.

A casa já está datada e precisa de ser renovada. Em especial as casas de banho e algum mobiliário. É necessário ou meter uma ventoinha de teto na cozinha ou AC na sala e cozinha. O calor era muito. Apanhei pelo menos 2 baratas a virem do quintal para dentro de casa. Tive que comprar Spray para as matar.

Etre pret de la mer et de la ville

The location was wonderful, very easy to get anywhere in town on foot. It was close to the beach, but in a less touristy area. The hosts were there to greet us when we arrived at 9pm and showed us where everything was. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Our cleaner, Christina, came by weekly to clean and change linens.

The apartment didn't have very many windows so it was somewhat dark. There were some difficulties with the heating at the start, but the hosts worked very hard to fix the problem quickly. It advertises as a 2 bathroom unit but fails to mention that the second bathroom is outside in the courtyard. In the summer, this would be a bonus, but was a bit cool in February.

Great location, very close to the beach. Great place to stay for family with young kids. Lots of places to eat out around. Lots of supermarkets as well within walking distance. Host was very approachable and helpful. Also quite flexible with check-in and check-out times.

Everything was good except one/two missing cooking utensils like flat frying pan and a flat spatula to fry eggs. As the place gets quite humid, a tumble dryer would be a great addition.
