Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, spokój i cisza pomimo dwóch restauracji położonych blisko mieszkania. Serwis i codzienne sprzątanie na plus. Widoki z tarasu, blisko do plaży.

Brak wyjścia na plażę z hotelu, trzeba obchodzić obiekt na około. Mieszkanie wymaga pilnego odświeżenia, ponieważ widać ślady zużycia. Zdjęcia nie oddają faktycznego stanu mieszkania. Widoki i bliskość plaży zrekompensowały niedobory mieszkania.
