"wrongly accused of damage"

the location

no sun in the apartment or on the terrace, no heating and it got cold in the last week but most of all they have accused me of damaging a settee. they sent a photo of a grey settee and the one in the apartment was blue. the one in the photo had a colourful throw on it, the one in the apartment did not have throw. They have wrongly reported me to booking.com and say that they have reported me to the authorities in Portugal

It’s location was excellent. Very close to an excellent spar shop. Close to restaurants and pubs

A nearby restaurant had loud music on 2 of our 7 nights. Not the fault of the apartment owners!
