The apartment was very clean, and the area was nice and quiet. Peaceful and pleasant. We had a wonderful time there.

The owner didn’t speak English, but we had one person with us who spoke Italian and translated for us. It would have been better if we could understand too, but we did not speak Italian. We had to ask for more soap, toilet paper, and napkins, which the owner provided, but again the problem was language barrier. The owner was very nice, and I am sure if we spoke Italian, we would not feel awkward reaching out to the owner.

I rented this property for my husband and son since they were visiting family and friends nearby. So the location was fine. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was a late arrival and the owners who live on the premise were upset because they had to wait up for my husband and son to get the keys to enter the apartment. They refused to leave the keys hidden outdoors somewhere even though the area is extremely private. At arrival, the apartment was damp and very warm. The AC had not been turned on to prepare and cool the apartment. The owners got upset when a window on second was opened to let out the humidity since the heat and dampness made staying indoors unbearable. As it turns out they have trackers on everything (doors and windows). They seem to be aware of every move and you feel like you're being stocked. The apartment is really small, even small for 2 people. The AC had a sensor on it and only worked when there was movement. So while you sleep, when there is no movement, the AC shuts off. After complaining, the owners agreed to remove the sensor and allowed the AC to stay on for longer periods. The apartment is built on 2 floors. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with lots of storage, a television and a bathroom. On the main floor there is a kitchen with very uncomfortable stools, a couch and some storage but NO WINDOW, NO BATHROOM and NO TELEVISION. Overall the 11 nights stay did not meet expectations since from day 1 an unpleasant relationship was established with the owners on account of the costs of running the AC. The owner tried to make amends by providing treats the last day but it felt like a gesture to get better reviews and forget the past. Would not recommend this property.

I would quote the location as a 5 star hotel, location is extremely clean and located in a quiet zone, very large and very good for family with kids (or without) and also not to forget full equipped kitchen. I will book any time when I will have to travel in that area.
