Keys of Sicily - Marina di Modica

Appartamente nuovo, bellissimo, con bella veranda. Aria condizionata presente in ciascuna camera e in soggiorno. Siamo stati benissimo. Se torneremo in zona, certamente ritorneremo.

La struttura ha solo 4 parcheggi, se sono pieni occorre cercare lungo la strada che comunque non è a pagamento...abbiamo sempre trovato, solo nel weekend essendo fine luglio abbiamo dovuto girare un po' di più per trovare...come capita comunemente in molte località di mare d'estate!

Tutto nuovo e pulito, lavatrice nuova. In 3 eravamo comodissimi

Close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Really nice apartment, everything new and comfortable. I have seen a bunch of different places in the area and this one is definitely the top. Giovanni, the host, is wonderful, and very helpful. The AC works really well which helped to weather the heat wave.

Just a word of caution: the fotos on booking.com are from all the apartments in the building. To know what yours would look like you need to find the name of what’s available and then check on the hosts website how the specific place is set up. The two I saw where both really nice so it didn’t matter but I wanted to mention it.

it was large and bright, and felt like a real apartment, the terrace was large and sunny the staff were lovely and friendly and gave lots of advise and recommendations it was very close to the beach as well

the lack of details, salt, pepper and oil were not provided in the kitchen, it seemed a bit cheap not to have it already there. the lack of pillow cases, it seems the owner thinks that pillow protection covers are the same as pillow cases (they literally use the same pillow protections as where I work which is a hotel). they didn’t provide a broom to clean the floor, which seemed a bit silly since after cooking just once, ants came from no where and there was no way to clean the crumbs. it was just the lack of these items that you are forced to buy that only make sense for a very long stay. instead you have to waste more money buying them and they throwing them away, like laundry detergent, like where am I going to find a small enough pack for a week stay. also the tv in the living was not smart, I was shocked as why you would have a brand new apartment but an older tv that you can’t even connect to Netflix or something similar but the tv in the bedroom was smart but too far away from the Wi-Fi for it to be usable, it was an older version that did not connect well to hotspot either.
