Location is ok

Ceiling fan is defective. It cannot operate in speed 1 and speed. The car park lot number is not clear visible as it is painted in small number and it’s red. I need to get down from the car to view the car lot number. It’s a hazard drive into and exit from car park as the signage is not clearly seen. The turning at exit ramp is narrow. Car park should be repainted with standard color and clear visible lot number. Same goes for drive directions arrow.
