Clean, modern, well appointed. Perfect location. A few minutes from grocery stores, several cafés, and the beach. We have stayed at Airbnb’s around the world, and this is by far our favorite due to all of the above.

Great view, easy parking, spaciousness and cleanliness of the accommodation, communication with the owner.

The property was in superb condition - well decorated/furnished/layout. All of the rooms were of a really good size and a large family could live in it quite comfortably. View from the 15th floor bedroom & living room windows was spectacular - views out over the beach to the Atlantic, and also over the river to Lisbon city. Sunsets were a delight to watch from them, and the night time views were great too. The great beach (several miles of it) is a very short walk (5-10 mins) from the property and easy to get to. There are also a couple of smallish supermarkets nearby, and quite a few restaurants. Carlos - the host - communicated by Whatsapp, and provided good information and was very helpful (he's based in Switzerland I believe). Realistically there are only 2 'easy' options to get to the accommodation from Lisbon city - taxi/Uber or local bus. We took an Uber for Euro 15 which took around 45 mins due to traffic over the bridge. The local bus will be lots cheaper, but far more hassle unless you know what you are doing (the bus terminus is next to the apartment building).

Just be aware that there are 2 entrances to this building and only 1 gives access to the apartment. Carlos will send you a photo of the entrance, so check carefully you are using the right one :-)
