Espectacular apartamento na praia a 20 min de Lisboa

The place is very bright and the decoration is very tasteful

The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and clean, matching the listing description. Checking in was easy and contactless. There's free parking next to the apartment building and the area seems very safe. It's also pet-friendly.

In my opinion, the kitchen in the apartment is quite basic and not well-equipped for cooking at home. While we appreciated that the apartment was pet-friendly, we were charged an extra fee (40 EUR) for our pet which wasn't specified in the listing or the confirmation messages. I'm not sure if the hosts can do anything about it, but the sound insulation is poor and it can get quite loud from the neighbours, especially at night. There were times when loud music played until midnight. If it weren't for these minor annoyances, I would have given the apartment a higher rating.

The balcony is great, and a lot of sunshine is coming to the rooms.

For the first timer, coming to the apartment might be a bit difficult. The towels are not in good quality.

1. Hosts were amazing. Super friendly and made us feel at home. They came and introduced themselves and made sure we got what we wanted and needed. Super attentive 2. The place was great, spacious 1 bed apartment with two balconies and it was really clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed it to the point where we extended an extra three days or more can’t remember. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was perfect stay to be honest nothing that comes in mind that I disliked. 3. Location was just on point, we had a car but barely used it cus the park was walking distance, tabacaria, market and restaurants were nearby. And if you want to drive the Beach is so close you don’t even need to drive. Parking was easy outside the apartment. The neighbourhood and neighbours were wonderful and welcoming. The apartment was very clean. The host met us at the apartment and even drove us to a restaurant the first night as we got in late. The location is 20 mins walk to amazing beaches and beach bars. Easy parking for our hire car.

Take some ear plugs as remember you are in an apartment with people living all around you who need to get up to go to work! You are on the south side of Lisbon which means if you are driving it is HORRENDOUS to try and cross the bridge to the north if driving. However it's a 30 mins walk or 5 min Uber to a local ferry which takes you straight to Belem in 30 mins.

The apartment was very big. The communication with the owner was wonderful. We could make the check in earlier fortunately otherwise you do not have a place to leave your luggage. It is close to the beach. Lots of supermarkets around. You have a washing machine. Comfortable bed. Lots of light. Good wifi. All the appliances that you need. People around are very nice.

You can hear everything from the other apartments, that is annoying. Could be cleaner. No shelves in the closet and you can open the middle door but not the rest. Tv cable does not work properly. Too far from the city center. Pillows too soft and flat. You can not turn down the curtains completely and you have a lot of light in the morning. Only one key. Take into account that the only thing here to do is going to the beach, nothing else. The view and the neighbourhood are not beautiful, full of dog poop on the streets. Only two towels for the whole stay and the weather is very humid that you can not dry anything. Without beach towels, sun umbrella, etc. The apartment has a lot of potential, I hope this observations can help the owner.

A lovely apartment, near to a supermarket and not far away from the beach. Very friendly host, easy to communicate. The apartment is well equipped. We have everything we need, for cooking, washing, sleeping, and cleaning. Also some bottles of water and coffee capsules are provided. We arrived very late due to the flight delay, supermarkets were closed, the water and the capsules really helped us! Thanks a lot!
