Had everything I needed with a friendly owner/manager who responded to all my questions helpfully. For example, when I couldn't find a mountain guide available online, she helped me locate one, which greatly improved my trip experience. Moreover, when I needed to locate a laundromat, she offered to wash and dry my clothes free of charge. 10/10 service!!
