MYThe whole apartment was so cozy, the room was spacious & my kids love the loft a lot. Self-Check in & check out makes things easy for us. A simple kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast for kids. Also we have an incident of the light at the wardrobe room not working. I just messaged to let Jin know & he immediately arranged for the maintenance team to change the bulb. We really enjoyed the hospitality by Urban loft.

MYOverall it was a good stay, the owner was very attentive. There is no complaints on the property as it meet our expectations.
The road to the apartment was very bad with a lot of potholes, this might be due to construction works going on.
MYMYMYMYEasy to do self check-in with the info provided by the host. 1 dedicated car park is provided. Good for those travelling here with personal car.
Found boogers, feet heel skin, and fingernails in the bed. The housekeeping work needs to be improved. The host attended to my complaint immediately and instructed the housekeeping to exchange the bed sheet and re-clean the rooms.
