MYThe person incharge, Ms Ivy was very responsive and clear with instruction. Booked 2 apartments. Both was exceptional. Clean and comfortable.
The only problem was the elevators. Understood that apartments was full. But my problem was really about the elevator. During my 1 day stay, only 2unit available. 2 was temporary unavailable and 2 keep on under maintenance. Problem when i was at level 40 going down..it took me 40min just to get my lift down to level 10. Management side, please manage your elevators.

The host contacted on the day itself to collect deposits, deposit is paid to personal account, and we already arrive the property and wait there for 1 hour but we still couldn’t get the password to enter the stay, the owner only provide us the password after 1.5hour later. After enter the stay, there are ants next to the shoe rack and the toilet smell unpleasant, all the floor mat is very old and dirty and even the bedsheet all looks very old

They collect deposit RM 150 upon arrival without posted online beforehand. My deposit only refunded 7H after checkout because they need to clarify on the missing cover of the fan remote control. The unit has only 1 toilet for 7pax.The water heater was not working well, water turn to cold when the heater was on, my son get cold and I didn’t shower the next day.
MYLift.. Too slow.. Need to wait more than 10minutes to get the lift
