MYMYMYThe facilities offered by the condominium itself.
1. Crowded lift, wait for average 30mins during peak timing. 2. Only 1 bathroom for 7pax staying. (Smelly and bit dirty) 3. Only 1 access card and parking card offered (very inconvenience when there are splitting group) 4. Only 6 towels are provided when there are clearly mentioned 7 pax are staying. 5. Being charged for damage of shoe rack worth RM100 when we didn’t aware at all. (Advise to check the fittings before stay in)
MYthe host is friendly
1. it stated 2 bathrooms but only 1 bathroom 2. the entire place is not clean, balcony, windows are dusty. toilet is really bad, basin is mouldy, floor is slippery and toilet bowl is with some black marking. 3. the fan remote control can’t use because there’s no batteries 4. car park ticket machine spoilt and instructions is not clear. going up and down to look to pay for the ticket 5. toilet only comes with overhead shower , difficult for elderly and kids to use. the toilet wall has some stains 6. the table cloth is dirty also, no microwave in the kitchen
MYSatisfied with the cleanness and conditions of the unit. Host is Responsive.
Only 1 access card & 1 car park for each unit. If someone went out with the access card, the rest ppl will be stuck, every body have to go out & come back together. We can’t visit other families staying at different floor. Not convenient for big family. Swimming pool is hell crowded. Long wait lift.
MYMYIt's a great stay, can fit up to 6 ppl. Host was super helpful, even recommended good restaurants nearby. The view js great and the heated pool is huge. Sauna work well to.
2 rooms but only 1 bathroom. The restaurant and the space at the middle at pool area all closed.
