Genting Resort Home 6PAX 2 Car Parks at Windmill Upon Hills

I loved all the facilities which were provided

Since we are cleaning before checking out, but there is no deposit payment provided.

The strategy location and the quietness of the stay.

1. The cleaniness still need to be improved. On the kitchen counter still can see dry noodles pieces and oil stain . The dining table is dirty with stain too. 2. The mattress of the small room is recommended to removed the plastic sheet below the bedsheet. Is very uncomfortable to sleep on and getting warm after awhile. And the bedside pendent light keep knocking on the bed head ,is very annoying.

There was a sewage stench in the room that was unpleasant. Also there was a lamp in the room that kept hitting against the wall when the fan was on which disturbed our sleep.

Location

no connection with the property managers, unclean and rough bed linens. it’s my second time experience
