Casa spaziosa con una vista meravigliosa che permette di godersi dei tramonti pazzeschi sull’oceano

Pulizia approssimativa: stoviglie sporche, asciugamani macchiati. Poca acqua calda. Serramenti con guarnizioni usurate e di conseguenza parecchio rumore. Se imposti l’indirizzo su Google maps o Waze ti porta vicino alla spiaggia e non all’indirizzo corretto. Le foto del palazzo che ci ha invitato il proprietario hanno permesso di trovare la casa

The best thing about the apartment are the view and the location. The view overlooks the ocean (if you do not mind the noise) and the location is in a quiet area 10 min walk from a pebble beach. Parking places always available.

The apartment is ok but it needs a few minimal investments. - The doors to the balcony in both rooms are difficult to close properly and wind gets in. In the main bedroom it shakes at night from the wind and we needed to adjust it with a piece of cardboard. - The shower holder is not flexible and directed exactly to the shower door so that water gets our when opening. Mold spots in the shower as well - The mattress on the double bed is too soft and old, hard to find a position to sleep

Great and fantastic view. It covers all the possible defects. Smart tv and spacious rooms.

These would apply to a specific situation of winter visit without a rental car. Loud wave sound from the window at night due to the old window frame. Windy even after closing the window. A little bit of mold on the bathroom door where you hang towels and in the shower. Can be cold at night in the winter. Limited public transportation of every one hour bus to the transit station, which makes it inconvenient without your own rental car

We felt it was a shame we couldn't use the pool but that's local law not the fault of Sunset.

The view from the apartment is just gorgeous: you look over the Atlantic and go to bed with the rolling ocean and get up again with that sound. Apartment is nice as in the pictures, kitchen is pretty well equipped. Communication with and support by the owner is great: when we had a question or a problem, he immediately reacted and replied. Internet connection is fast and reliable.

As the apartment is directed versus North-Nort-West there is no sunny place in the apartment or at the balcony, at least during the winter. You can, however, use the sundeck of the compound in the afternoon.
