Зручне розташування біля вокзалу. Дистанційне заселення, проблем не виникло, швидко заселилися. В цілому чисто, є все необхідне для проживання, можна щось приготувати, є посуд. Ліжко зручне, білизна чиста.

Всі недоліки з попередніх відгуків актуальні. Запах каналізації в ванній, особливо на ранок. На другу ніч вже залишили вентиляцію на всю ніч. Погано стікає вода у душевій та раковині у ванній. Кондиціонер майже не охолоджує, тільки як вентилятор можна використовувати. Диван на кухні жорсткий.
