The location was ok

I was expecting to check into the property at 16.00 hours. However I received an email saying that I would be able to check into the property after 12.00, however when I entered the property it was very disappointing, as the bed was left in a very poor star with the sheets left by the previous occupants, the bathroom floor had several towels just left on the floor. I contacted the host who then sent a cleaning lady to clean the property. She said that I should not have entered the property until 15.00, but apologised when I showed her the email I received stating that I could enter the property after 12.00. The property was poorly equipped in the so called kitchen with no kettle, oven, toaster etc, which most properties have.

Le coin terrasse avec la vue sur la Mer et propreté.

No tiene zona de aparcamiento, la ubicación por lo tanto no es muy buena.

Para el precio que tenia me pareció bastante caro con relación a lo que ofrecía, las almohadas matadoras, el apartamento muy pequeño con un coste muy elevado a mi parecer.

We loved the balcony with sea views. Good facilities and extremely clean and comfy

Gut gelegen, sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, aber für einen Kurzurlaub ausreichend. Sehr sauber, Bad und Handtücher, Bett, alles 1a. Morgens leider ab 8 Uhr krach von einem Platz neben dem Hotel, da wird Holz gesägt.

Negativ: eine Anfrage für einen Checkin ab 15.00 wurde nicht beantwortet. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. 16.01 kam die Mail mit dem Zugangscode. Ich musste 1 Stunde vor den Appartement warten.

Everything was ok. For one or two nights it is good to stay here.

There is no parasol on the terrace. So the sun burns very hot and you can`t use the terrace during the day.

Apartamento bien ubicado en Tecina, con bonitas vistas a la playa y una amplia terraza. Aparcamiento en la puerta. Está en lo alto de un monte, a menos de 10 minutos andando de los restaurantes y la playa de Santiago (si llegas en ferry el paseo es algo más largo). Buena relación calidad/precio.

Estuvimos en dos apartamentos. Uno (el apartamento 2) con cama doble pero tiene el baño más viejo, y el apartamento 6 que tiene el baño nuevo y dos camas separadas. Si buscas un baño reformado recientemente mejor el 6.
