Todo muy bien, excelente, limpieza, decoración, la ubicación, el trato del personal, la tranquilidad del lugar. Todo excelente.

Buena ubicación, menaje suficiente disponible, cama muy muy cómoda.

Estaría genial que la TV tuviera acceso a Netflix u otras plataformas.

We came here for vacation with family and friends. The apartment looked the same as at the photos and met our expectations. Good mattresses, linen, clean bathrooms, good kitchen with all necessary appliances. For our purposes the location was perfect - i.e. close to Loro Park, 5 minutes by car. There is parking place if you rent a car. Nice balcony and views from the rooms. Very clear instructions. The host returned 150 Euro deposit the same day as we left after checking the apartment. In general, we liked our stay.

We had an early flight to Tenerife and asked if we can have an early check-in. We arrived to the island at 10 a.m,, while check-in to the apartments is 16.00. We received a very short and formal answer that according to the rules the check-in is at 16.00. That was it, nothing like "sorry, unfortunately we cannot, the rooms are not clean, etc" - something that you expect in such cases)) Of course, at that point, after two long flights we expected at least some warmer answer or the proposal for an earlier paid check-in was also expected. But it was ok. Not ok was that the host was late and arrived only at 16.40, and no "sorry" again. Another thing that surprised us was that the towels are changed only after 10-days stay. Even in winter it is not hygienic, not speaking of summer time. But these two things did not bother us too much, although we had not expected it.

Me encantó lo cómodo, acogedor que era y que tenía todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia, además de luminoso, bonito y con vistas al mar. La ubicación para moverse por el norte estuvo muy bien. Especial mención a Gilberto que fue muy atento y nos atendió genial.

La única pega que le pondría sería que no tenía gel, siendo que lo tenia todo para ser un apartamento
