Apartamentos La Casa Verde

Apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped for our 2 week holiday. Private car parking was worth paying extra for as very limited street parking. Beds were large and comfortable with bedroom a/c units keeping us nice and cool.

The air conditioning unit in the living room didn't work for the duration of our holiday as the owner was struggling to get hold of an electrician. Being next to a very busy and noisy main road meant that we didn't make too much use of the balcony, but the roof terrace made up for it. Noise levels when doors were closed meant sleep wasn't an issue.

Property located in a quiet neighborhood of Puerta de la Cruz with ocean views. About one mile from city center with all cafes and restaurants. Our host, Gilbert responded right away, was there to meet us and give us all the instructions and apartment information. Enjoyed the upstairs patio roof top terrace and views. There were a few local restaurants within walking distance with fresh grilled food. Pharmacy and grocery store very close. Gated parking on the premises which was very important. Would highly recommend this place. Thank you Gilbert and all the staff!

The air conditioner in the living room was not working properly but the management company and staff responded right away and were very apologetic for any inconvenience caused.

The apartment is big, clean and very well equipped. Friendly host and the check-in was easy.

Unfortunately the house is next to a main road, therefore it's noisy.

Beautifully equiped and clean. Very comfortable and right on the bus route. A 30 minute downhill walk into town. Everything you need there. We bought groceries and taxied back up (around 6euros for taxi)

Was quite noisy but we knew that when we booked it.

Our apartment had its own front door.

Good for a short break. We were there for 5 weeks attention to detail could be better. Too much just for show not practicality, ie microwave unaccessible, TV , no English channels except news. As stated on other reviews the main road outside is exceptionally busy.

Nice and clean apartment that is well equipped, plus we had some nice views. The host was lovely and great to communicate with. It has a good location for those who wish to travel out of the city by car and good bus connections to the centre. There are some local shops within walking distance had the basic items you might need. It's a good base for exploring the north side of the island.

Unfortunately we had one of the apartments with strong traffic noise all night which spoiled the experience somewhat. Also, the apartment we were in only had a 2 seater sofa, so not everyone had a place to chill in the evening. However, we were mostly out until late then straight to bed, so it was not a huge issue.

Cosy spacious apartment with everything necessary. Many windows and several balconies/terraces, so a lot of natural light. Loro park 10 mins drive. Beautiful historic town of Orotava also max 10 min drive.

Although the apartment was nicely refurbised, we recommend the hosts to renew the enamel of the bath. The house is around 30 mins walk from the beaches and town centre - so we always used car.
