beautiful view, proximity to the beach, the area is very friendly and you can meet some locals there, nice kitchen

Balcony and the chairs and table on the balcony maybe could have been cleaned before arrival. And just a nice bonus point would be to put a water heater into the kitchen, as one can only make tea or different coffee than machine with a pot on the stove.

The balcony overlooking the sea and being so close to the beach is wonderful. There are some nice restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out were really easy.
