Parque Lotos - Apartamento de lujo

La proximité de Puerto de la cruz sans être dans le centre où il peut etre compliqué de stationner. Là il y a un parking à une centaine de mètres à pied. Le jardin botanique est à 10 mn à pieds et il y a un chemin qui longe la côte en surplond de la mer avec une très belle vue pour rejoindre le centre ville en 30 mn à pied. La résidence est belle même si on passe plus de temps dehors que dedans ça a son importance. L'appartement est accessible soit par un escaliers soit par l'ascenseur pour ceux qui ont du mal à marcher. Très bien équipé en électroménager. Le lit très confortable. Et grand balcon avec 2 transats et une machine à laver. Pratique l'orque l'on a un petit bagage dans l'avion. Où quand on fait du vélo tous les jours et que l'on a pas une tenue pour chaque jours. Bref c'est un très bon. Choix

Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description, decoré avec goût. Il est fontionnel et a tous les equipements nécessaires pour rendre le sejour facile. La grande terrasse est très bien pour les repas et pour le repos sur les transats. Elle offre une échappée mer agréable. Nous n avons jamais eu de problèmes de stationnement dans la rue. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait d être accueillis en personne, cela fait du bien.d avoir affaire à un humain plutôt qu à une triste boîte à clefs ou pire, à une serrure connectée.

Il n y a rien à redire.

Très bon emplacement, calme avec des places de parking pour la voiture juste devant. L’appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel. La terrasse était un gros plus très agréable.

The apartment was amazing! Very well equipped with smart features. It's small but it's got the right furniture and amendments that you don't mind. The balcony is super big and great (if the weather lets you enjoy it you get to sunbathe!!:)). The shower was great. Finally a place with proper water pressure to enjoy a moment of peace and also get thicker hair nicely washed.

The communication via WhatsApp was sometimes a bit challenging but we worked everything out in the end without any problem:)

Great location, peaceful. The apartment has everything you need, from kitchen utensils to other amenities, hairdryer etc. Nice pool with beautiful surroundings, the building itself looks magnificent. Had no problems with parking close to the building.

On colder days the floor felt very cold. Recommended to have some slippers. A bit more shampoo/shower gel would also be nice.

We were a bit unlucky with the weather during our stay, as it was colder than usual. However, the apartment itself is very nice and extremely quiet, which made it a comfortable place to relax. The owner, Stefan, was very attentive and always ready to help. He was available on the phone whenever we had questions or needed anything, which we really appreciated. He also kindly provided extra blankets and a radiator, so we stayed warm during our visit.

I would recommend that future guests bring slippers, as the floor can feel quite cold on colder days. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.

Todella kaunis rakennus ja viihtyisä huoneisto. Uima-allas hyvän kokoinen ja alue kaunis. Kauniit kävelytiet alas keskustaan. Sijainti todella hyvä. Kauniita rakennuksia ympärillä.Ehdottomasti parhaalla sijainnilla.

Aurinko ei paista ja siksi aika viileä huoneisto.
