I have never seen a cleaner apartment in my life! We had everything we needed, there was coffee, fruits and water. The balcony was great, everything was clean and comfy.

"Excellent stay in a lovely apartment."

The location was excellent with Plazza del Charco just round the corner, with lots of restaurants and bars. Two supermarkets close by. There was a taxi rank very close which we used a lot. The modern bus station is 15 minutes walk away. Mercedes left for us wine, water, nuts and chocolates. An excellent host.

"Exceptional"

Beautiful and clean apartment right on the promenade around the ocean. Mrs. Mercedes is a very nice and helpful lady. I received fruit and nuts as a welcome. At the end of the stay, she even looked after my luggage so I could go to Santa Cruz. I highly recommend.

In the evening there is a bit of noise from the nearby businesses, but that must be expected in this location.
