"AC not working"

Location, nice terrace, kitchen appliances, lots of space

Property was marketed as having an air conditioning unit. Immediately after arrival we found out that it only blows warm air. We contacted the owner and were first told that it broke a few days ago and that apartment was always busy so there was no chance to replace it and that there is absolutely nothing they could do. I would believe this story but there are recent and 1 year old reviews stating that AC did not work. Clearly owner has no intention of fixing it. It takes 2 hours to replace it. Really a shame because we liked the place otherwise.
