Cerca del centro de la ciudad pero lo suficientemente alejado para escapar de lo turistico. La piscina comunitaria estupenda.

I was glad to stay in this apartment again, as I already rented the same apartment in 2021. I absolutely love the location of the apartment - you have a beautiful view from the balcon, a calm and quiet environment around, as well as a pool in which you can swim. Also, the apartment is comfortable, you feel it as your own home. There are enough household appliances and kitchen utensils that you may need. I will be glad to come here again in some time. *most likely you will travel by car, and perhaps you may have some problems with available parking spaces in front of the house. But this is not a problem, since you can park your car 3 minutes walk away on Retama street.

The property has all the facilities that are needed for a stay, it even has a washing machine. The pans were good quality (perfect for a non sticking omelette). The apartment has a shared swimming pool that is also great (with hammocks). We were lucky and there was no noisy people during our stay using the swimming pool. Location is also nice, close to restaurants, supermarkets…if you want to walk to the old part of the town you need to go downhill and takes about 20min. For us it was a perfect walk after dinner. Communication with the owner was always smooth.

In two nights (out of 7) we could hear neighbours talking when we were in bed, I guess from above or side apartment. I could understand what they were saying :) nothing that cannot be solved with earplugs or just falling asleep again
