Casa Olivina

This was our fifth or sixth time staying at Casa Olivina. We always try to book this property when staying in Lanzarote as it meets all of our requirements. This was yet another lovely, enjoyable stay.

I think the only thing that could improve Casa Olivina is some air conditioning, but this is a very minor point as the property is well ventilated anyway.

My partner and I stay at Casa Olivina regularly and we absolutely love it there. It's in a nice quiet location, but still conveniently close to shops, restaurants and Puerto Del Carmen seafront. The villa is spotlessly clean and we also love the fact that the terraza has a high wall around it giving excellent seclusion and privacy. We are returning to Lanzarote in May and had hoped to book Casa Olivina again, but sadly it's already booked.

I find the bed a little uncomfortable (but I do like a very soft bed).

The house id wonderful, close to the ocean, Lidl, Biosfera Mall and Old Town..we spent the best holiday...return soon😃

Close to shops. Beds. spacious rooms.

Looks like it was one home, then was reconstructed to two apartments by just separating them by wall, so, you are very good hearing every talks behind the wall and the neighbors can hear you perfectly too. so, it is not about noise it is already about privacy.

We liked the cleanliness of the house and the price, also a quiet area, only the music from the hotel behind but only during the day and not too loud to disturb.

We found the lack of contact from the host strange, didn't see her once and she only wrote to me when I wrote to her to say we had arrived and had left. For us it was too far from the centre, 10 minute uphill walk back tot he house. Too hot to sleep at night, need aircon, the fan in the bedroom is noisy and useless. The fridge doesn't work properly. The outside area is only just ok, nothing nice about it, no charm, just plastic chairs, table, 2 plastic sunbeds with no cushions and close, high white walls around you.

Electricity went down twice on different nights

We have stayed at Casa Olivina before and love this property. It is very quiet and tranquil and the terraza is secluded and private. The property has everything to make it feel like a "home from home" !

It would be nice if the property had air conditioning (although two cooling fans are provided).
