Apartamento Playa Encantador

Location was good. The facilities across the road was fabulous.

I misread when booking and thought this was an apartment hotel but it was a private rental so no cleanning. There was a washing machine to freshen towels. Didn't know where bins were to empty waste. To be honest not what I want to do when on holidays. Apt was open plan with a wall dividing the kitchen and bedroom no door.

This apartment was amazing, such a great location and facilities. Host was amazing and i have no negatives... will defo be back and recommend to others... x

Without a smart phone I would not have been able to get in, Instructions are sent whilst you are on the flight so you do not get them until you land and get connected to a network. They should be sent a couple of days before departure so you are fully aware of how to get in. Location opposite tennis courts so was very noisy and they used the parking bays in the road outside, so constant opening and shutting of car doors. Cockroaches in the apartment which had to be dealt with. Remote control for tv didn't work as the batteries were all corroded and had to be replaced. Although I sent messages in english the replies were in spanish so I had to translate again on a smart phone. Floor was not tiles but seemed to be a white painted floor covering which always looked very dirty. Chipped plates and a broken bottle opener. Only 2 black out curtains instead of 4 so the street light shone in.
