Lots of space and nice natural light with the sky lights. Really good location and nice little terrace for hanging out.

Not so much privacy on the terrace as other apartments can see directly onto the space

Great location, close to restaurants and beach. loads of room in the apartment.

Could do with more towels as my teenage girls use two towels when showering.

The space and comfort. It was spotless. We were kindly able to leave our bags until it was time for our flight in the afternoon.

Only quibble would be the single bed in the small single room. The creaks were unreal. Also, maybe a pirex dish if someone wanted to cook anything in the oven.

Easy to get to from Arrecife airport, taxi will drop you right outside or you can get the bus (service 161) which operates every hour at the weekend or every half an hour during the week. The cost was negligible, (less than €5 for 4 of us). The bus stop is on the main street by the sea (Av. de las Playas) the stop is outside the Gran Casino. From there the apartment is maybe 5 minutes walking max. Getting back to the airport via public transport is a bit more difficult, due to the one-way nature of Av. de las Playas you need to catch the same bus further North on Rbla. Islas Canarias (12 minute walk from the apartment, same frequency of services). We booked an airport transfer that picked us up from just outside the apartment and cost less than €15. There's a taxi stand on Av. de las Playas next to the bus stop. Great location, felt close to all of the bars and restaurants on Av. de las Playas but set back far enough that it was quiet all of the time. The apartment is very spacious with a large living room (TV, two comfortable sofas and aircon included), a large kitchen with everything you could need (hob, oven, fridge/freezer, loads of cupboards, sink, dishwasher, large table & chairs), a single bedroom, two double bedrooms and a further bedroom with two single beds, a dressing room, two bathrooms and a large double balcony (with more seating) which gets the sun more or less all day. All bedrooms had ample storage for cases/clothes. There is a small pool included in the facilities of the complex which is a sun trap and has ample sun beds. There is a Spar supermarket a few minutes walking from the apartment. Check-in was very easy (lock box) and the host was responsive throughout our stay providing instructions for check-in prior to our arrival and being on-hand to sort out any issues. The host provided consumables (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets etc.) which was much appreciated.

I can't fault the apartment in any way really, the only slight issue we had was that one of the bathrooms didn't have any running water when we arrived but I messaged the host and it was all sorted within an hour. If you're travelling with an infant be aware that you will need to carry the pram up and down the stairs to the apartment, we knew this when booking though so I can't mark it down for that and it honestly wasn't that difficult!

Lovely, spacious villa with everything we needed. Location was amazing, just a few minutes walk to beach and main strip but far enough away to be quiet. Loved the terrace. Owner provided all cleaning products, bathroom items and beach towels. Comfortable beds. Did not want to leave. Would definitely stay here again.

Hard to find anything we didn't like. Only suggestion would be the single bed could do with replacing as it sqeaked alot with every movement, but this did not affect us as the other bedroom with bunk beds was spare.
