Beautiful apartment and owner, quiet location, its close to the beach but up a short, very, steep hill, people call it "Cardiac Hill". lovely pool, and the host left that extra lovely touch of bottle wine and gin for a welcome drink, no fault with the apartment or host

Apartment and balcony becomes shady by 2pm, nice of you don't enjoy to much sun.

Krásné klidné prostředí. Na promenádu kousek . Obchod se základními surovinami hned vedle. Mercadona na promedáde.. Jen cesta zpet do kopce je náročnější, ale co by člověk neudělal pro své zdraví....

Snad jen teplota bazenu mohla být o stupeň vyšší... ale to je jen jak to kdo má rád,,

The apartment was in a great location. It was close to the main strip and a short walk to the old town too. It was also very clean and spacious and felt like a home away from home. Marion was amazing she answered any questions that we had and allowed us to stay a little longer because of our late flight. She also had welcome drinks waiting for us and made sure that the apartment had everything that we could need. We had an amazing time and felt very safe and secure in the apartments. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

A home from home

We stayed ten days for the Ironman Lanzarote. Location couldn't be better. A short walk down the hill to transition zone entrance and swim start. At the same time distant enough to get away from the noise on race evening. After 400 repeats of "You are an Ironman", that's valued! In general, the appartement is sheltered from all kinds of noise. Also, ground floor makes bike access easy. Sun deck and pool (didn't try that) is just in front of the terrace. Shade on most of the terrace all day makes temperature comfortable. Equipment is basic, but we found all we needed for simple self catering and cleaning. And everything works. Everything except the door lock, which got stuck once. Marion called a repairman, and he appeared after half an hour and fixed it on the spot, in the evening. Impressive! Small supermarket around the corner provides most things you'll need. Open practically all day. All other stores, are also just down the hill.

Don't expect a view out of the appartment complex. Limited street parking. Fairly hard beds.
