Нас ждал грязный протвинь в духовке, поломанная ручка дверей, поломанные жалюзи в одной из комнат, плесень в душевой комнате, в апартаменте полностью отсутствует WI-Fi , его там просто не существует, диван на котором должен был спать один из членов семьи был весь разодран, когда мы включили духовую печь, она вообще не работала, мы не могли запечь для детей еду.

Skorzystałam z apartamentu Jesionowy kolejny raz i chętnie tu powrócę. Wszystko było jak należy. Miejsce idealne dla chcących spokojnie odpocząć korzystając z górskich uroków. Była awaria ogrzewania i wody w jeden wieczór, ale po telefonicznym skontaktowaniu się z obsługą bardzo szybko zareagowano na zgłoszenie. Czułam, że obsługa chce szybko pomóc. Awarię sprawnie usunięto.

Awarie mogą się zdarzyć i tak przyjęłam brak ogrzewania i cieplej wody w jeden wieczór- na plus oceniam natychmiastową reakcję po zgłoszeniu.
