DO NOT book this apartment! Whe worst place we have stayed!

DO NOT book this apartment! It was full of little insects and when we expressed our displeasure with that, nothing was done further. We where there for about 1h when we decided to leave. We did not whant to sleep in bed full or insects. When we contacted the owner no action followed - they just ignored us. We asked for our money back but they just ignored our request and no action followed. This compleatly ruined our vecation bcause we had to look for other place to stay and lost the money.

The apartment had everything we needed including kitchen appliances and bathroom with washing machine and bidet. It's a lovely private place located right on the ocean with plenty of place to relax and enjoy the sunshine and the view and sound of the ocean. We particularly liked the maracuja garden and enjoyed dinners by the beautiful sunsets. Wifi worked well and communication with owners was spot on.

The nearest shop (Coop) is located 15 mins drive away. There used to be a restaurant in the close proximity but it has permanently closed down.

So the accommodation is extremely remote - I’m all for peace and tranquillity but the energy outside the accommodation gate was weird. A pebbled beach but it didn’t look safe to get in. There was construction on the beach which just made you feel like you staying in the middle of a building site. No shop, restaurant, other human around which can make you feel a bit isolated. We absolutely wouldn’t advise getting there in the dark as we were not warned about how hard and weird it is to find - you are in the middle of nowhere in pitch black no lights and you have to drive through a dirt track with zero signs. And no signal so at one point we were a bit freaked out. We spent one day around the pool but then every other day we left and drove to other towns but nothing is less than 50 mins away beach town wise. The kitchen is fine but just be aware there is no cooking oil/ coffee, so be sure to take your own. Our front door did not open easily so we spent around 5 mins every time we wanted to get in trying to turn the key, would have been nice to be told about this or shown the trick to open it without struggle. Even with a car it’s just not ideal, the winds are so windy that we suffered travel sickness everytime we went anywhere. And narrow roads can be a bit testing to drive through with oncoming traffic. Despite this the owner seemed lovely but we couldn’t really communicate due to language but that’s fine!

Very secluded location with 100% tranquility. All you hear is the ocean waves crashing at night. The person who greeted us was very nice (didn’t speak English which wasn’t a problem as I can speak Spanish). We received fresh fruit locally grown. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped with basic utensils.

No restaurant around besides a pricey fast food truck (daily 11:00-18:00). The tap water has a salty mineral taste which you need to get used to or bring bottled water. The kitchen could do with a couple of bowls.

Amazing location, friendly hosts who were very kind

The location is great literally on the beach, when you sleep you can hear the sea waves which is super relaxing! Host is super nice and friendly, they hand as a basket of fresh vegetables upon arrival and even got a carnival sweet as breakfast gift!

Phone service is totally absent, which is fine, but Wi-Fi doesn't cover and it's pretty much unstable which made it a bit hard to work remotely from there. As a side note swimming pool is not really private but is shared with the other apartment and the owners which were fine cause they are friendly, just a little bit different from our expectations

The Finca has perfect location, right at the beach surrounded by mountains and nature.
