Good apartment, everything is there what you needed. Quite close to city centre

Very clean house, spacious, ready to receive a family or solo person. Very Comfortable beds, very nice decoration, air conditioning Friendly stuff

Parking on the road is on the meter 24/7, quite expensive, and they were ticketing all the cars that spent the night on the road, I couldn't find a place near by and didn't have enough coins for the meter, a bit stressing. Constant noise on the room from outside even with the windows and blinds closed. The owner left soluble coffee when he had a capsule coffee machine, (looked like it was saving on coffee)

The living room, kitchen area, and rooms were nice. Full house open for us, family perfect.

The oven wasn't working right, it had a foul smell. Fridge didn't have ice available, we needed to figure out how some stuff worked.

the apartment was not cleaned upon arrival therefore it ruined the whole experience and it was on my birthday too.

It was indeed a good surprise, quite fresh renewed apartment. Ok location near the metro, train and food shops. nice equipped kitchen, good spacious fridge and a ok washing machine. the apartment has a lot of wardrobes and a walk-in closet. 2 spacious fresh bathrooms, good pressure on the shower, good temperature. Fast internet. Very good light. The keys were waiting in a locker outside the house, that was quite nice not to have to wait for anyone.

I had to buy hangers as there were none in the house, now there is about 20 bought by us (we stayed 10 nights, family of 4). I had to buy my own drinking glasses as there were only 2… I guess we were supposed to drink only wine I suppose. Now there is 6 glasses in the kitchen. The street is incredibly noisy and the sound inside the bedrooms is like if the windows was opened. The construction noises on the neighbour apartment are very disturbing, it’s not even possible to talk. The neighbours apartment has permission to make this noises during day until the end of November. Note that this noise doesn’t happen the entire time we were there but when it happens one can’t stay inside. I was charged 15€ extra after we left the apartment, I asked why but it seems that the customer support lost the capacity to answer messages, actually there is a few messages that never got answered. The double bed is 1,40cm, quite small for my standards… quite hard as well but it worked. We didn’t get extra towels or enough toilet paper, so we had to fix it ourselves as well. In general we are pleased anyway but WeChat to very independent.
