amabilité et serviabilité du propriétaire, cordialité et efficacité du gestionnaire sur place(Umberto !!), wifi top, surface idéale de l’appartement, excellents équipements(lave linge )de plus très fonctionnels. Emplacement proche de tout. Balcon et piscine très agréables et place de parking dans la résidence très appréciable. Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour proposer un séjour vraiment agréable. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Zur Anlage gehört ein großer Pool, nicht beheizt aber schön zum Schwimmen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und sehr freundlich.

Fantastisk fin 3 roms leilighet med sentral beliggenhet .Her er det godt bo når vi er på ferie i Playa del ingles. Leiligheten har alt du trenger med godt utstyrt kjøkken. 2 Flotte soverom av god størrelse Aircondition og vaskemaskin er i Leiligheten så her virkelig godt og bo på ferie. Utleier er en utrolig service innstilt person. Han er helt fantastisk . Tusen takk for oss. Vi kommer garantert tilbake. Hilsen Veldig fornøyde gjester-)

Very clean, great value, amazing location

Hot water tank didnt quite last long enough before neeting recharging.

Everything was literally perfect, if I could give an 11 as a mark, I would. The apartment is located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, one minute from Yumbo Centrum and five minutes walk from the most famous beach on the island. Supermarkets, restaurants, like… everything is close. You have two spacious bedrooms, a living-room, a kitchen and an amazing terrace with pool and sunrise view in the morning. Plus, you’ve got private parking to avoid stress with your car. Most importantly, the hosts are the best: Abel was super kind and texted me every now and then to make sure my stay was okay. Claudio welcomed me on the first night and gave me all the possible recommendations about the island. This is is the place to stay at when in Gran Canaria, I already miss it.

Excellent accommodation, absolutely everything you need, comfortable beds . Oven , hob microwave, oven. Large fridge freezer. Iron and ironing board. Great for beach , shopping, night life. I've been visiting gran canaria for 27 years and this tops everything. Very happy with everything. Pool area really quiet.

Could do with a lick of paint and new curtains. And that's it. I loved this apartment.

Great experience and value for money. The guys could not do enough for us checking to make sure we are ok and if anything they could help with. Highly recommend
