Very nice, cozy, spotlessly clean house, we really felt like at home. Only 5 (max. 10) min walk from the old town, which is so adorable! If you're with a car, you'll appreciate the private parking place in the street as well. Thanks, Mariella for making our stay memorable! :)

The apartment is well located, walking distance from village. It is well decorated, comfortable and practical. Rooms are spacious and airy. There is a very useful private parking space.

It is on the ground floor, and the terraces are quite enclosed. Tables were missing but the owner said they were coming soon.

The decoration of the apartment was unique and super relaxing

Location was excellent less than 10 minutes to the old city. Unit had it's own Parking spot. Unit is very modern and beautifully furnished in a seaside theme. Owner is so very nice. Left us a bottle of wine upon entering along with a small gift. Owner went over everything we needed to know about the unit and area. Very secure unit. Quiet with 2 patios and a washing machine. Couldn't ask for a better place. We highly recommend you stay here!

2nd bedroom has no ac but it cools off fine with the door open. Also it has a pull out couch only. You can always sleep on the living room couch which is massive and very comfortable to sleep on. Photos don't do it justice. Much prettier in person!

house very spacious and what a lovely decoration! It's much better then pictures. there is everything you need. The house is on the mezzanine floor, so it seems to be cooler than the upper floors in the summer season. location is very close to the spot. but the neighborhood is quiet. My host was super frendly. One morning we had car trouble and she helped us out a lot. We really appreciate it. Thank you Mariella.

Beautiful, new apartment with everything you need. The apartment is big enough for a family of four and it has two terraces. There is also a parking space. The city centre is a 10 minute walk, in the evening it is convenient to walk into town and have dinner. You dont need a car to visit the town from the apartment. Very nice owner. We had a fantastic time. Polignano a Mare is a very good starting point to visit the main tourist centres by car (Matera, Gravine, Altamura, Alborabello, Ostuni, istb...)
