View, air conditioning, great shower, clean and central location.

The only very small details is that the mattresses could be a little softer.

Location and wonderful view over marina from 4th floor apartment

The shower wasn’t consistent with temperature. The balcony area really needed some fresh paint to get rid of the rust and patchiness of the painted walls. The sun loungers needed replacing.

The location was spot on

Location was wonderful. Apartment very spacious , and equipped well. Balcony was large and it was a real pleasure to sit on and watch the world go by. Watching the sunrise early in the morning with a coffee … bliss.

There was a lot of noise from the streets up until 3.00a.m.

Great location and easy to access the property

It was pretty dirty and a LOT of ants all over the kitchen and living room.

It was very central to all bars and resturants

Lovely position in the Port, near the Pine Walk, and good value. The apartments are simple but have most things required for a relaxing holiday. The the balcony was lovely and sunny, with a great view. Pepe is very kind and helpful with issues related to the flat, and responds very quickly when you are there.

The mattresses were thin foam ones (not memory foam) and would suit a child or as a thick mattress topper, but were not good to sleep on in our apartment this year (other apartments in previous years have all been fine). My husband ended up sleeping on the sofa. I suspect the other comments here relate to this flat (303), and I think they need changing as bad sleep on holiday isn't nice. The WiFi sometimes cut out, but came back quickly.
