Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war prima! Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute, zentrale aber ruhige Lage.

Wir hatten das Appartement im EG. Die bodentiefen Fenster brachten zwar viel Licht, da sie nur gekippt werden konnten allerdings wenig Luft. So war es leider etwas muffig. Sollten wir noch einmal Porto besuchen, kommen wir gerne wieder, achten aber darauf nicht im Erdgeschoss zu landen.

A good-sized studio apartment for a couple, with nice modern décor and decent facilities. Good location if you want to stay on the Vila Nova de Gaia side. We appreciated the complimentary food/drink (fruit, tea/coffee, mini port, water) and the smart TV. Perhaps they could have provided 4 coffee pods instead of 2. Very good value for money for a last minute booking.

The apartment was relatively clean, but there was dust/dirt underneath the wardrobe/shelving unit - it is quite high off the ground so it would be easy to sweep/vacuum under there. There is some black mould in the bathroom and in a couple of places around the apartment - this could be cleaned and painted over. The apartment seems to get humid/damp easily after having a shower. There is an extractor fan in the bathroom (the fan really needs to be cleaned) but it only turns on when the light is on, and there is no other ventilation in the bathroom. Otherwise, you could try to use the dehumidifying setting on the aircon unit (limited effectiveness) or open the apartment windows if it's not too cold and you are comfortable with leaving them open while you are out (ground floor).

L’appartement est super bien placé. Il permet de faire tout le centre-ville, de profiter des caves et du tourisme sans avoir besoin de transport. L’appartement est parfait et un gros point bonus pour le confort de la literie. Je compte revenir un week-end avec ma femme pour profiter cette fois à titre privé et je reprendrais ce logement sans hésiter ! Merci aux propriétaires

Very clear directions and check in instructions despite what other people said. Very clean with very comfortable beds. Everything you could possibly need for central city break. It’s was an attractive apartment and felt like a treat. Christina the host was happy to allow us to access early. I would definitely like to stay again
