Accoglienza fantastica con aperitivo di benvenuto e prodotti tipici del posto. Matteo si è dimostrato una persona eccezionale sempre attento e disponibile a darci consigli sui posti da visitare e fornendoci anche supporto logistico in acqua con canoa e poltrona da acqua. Difficile trovare persone così affabili e desiderose di trasmettere il benessere di vivere quei luoghi. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort e terrazzino stupendo da sfruttare durante le ore serali. Si vede subito l'attenzione al cliente con piccole accortezze che non tutti hanno. C'è anche la possibilità di usufruire di un giardino (in foto) con tantissimo spazio, doccia esterna e tante altre cose molto carine. Si trova a 4 minuti a piedi dal centro di Marina di Fuscaldo e nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi servizi come pizzerie, supermercato, banca e posta. Il mare più vicino è a 80 metri ma si può optare per tantissime soluzioni al più a 10 minuti a piedi. Siamo stati molto bene. Lo consiglio anche per chi come noi ha un animale al seguito che risulta essere benvenuto....

La struttura si trova di fianco al mare, location perfetta. L’appartamento era provvisto di tutti i comfort necessari. Ho apprezzato che fosse pet friendly. Lo staff è cordiale e gentile.

The apartment is located right at the centre of the Marina di Fuscaldo, with great access to lots of shops, cafes and the sea. It doesn't have direct view to the sea or direct access to it, but access it quite close. Only 5 minutes walking you are the centre of this small and super cute little town. It is big and spacious for up to 4 people: you have a kid's room, a main room with a super comfortable bed, an open plan kitchen living room with AC and a huge balcony with view to the street. The couple that owns the place are super helpful, they allowed us to do check in almost two hours earlier which we are very thankful for and provided us with a very useful guide.

Even though the apartment is big and comfortable there were a couple of things which should be mentioned: 1- from the pictures, the looks and the description, it seems like the house has a garden. Actually, the garden is separated from the house and it doesn't have access to it. The garden is locked and there is a dog in it which barks at everyone who comes close, so I think that it's not for guests use: it must be said that we didn't ask explicitly if we could use it though. But from the images it looked like it was a big house with a connected garden, and actually is a bunch of apartments with a shop underneath, and the garden is of separate use. 2- even though there were cooking utensils, they were all in very bad shape, very, very cheap quality: so much we were a bit afraid to use them. I'm also not 100% sure that the pots and pans available in the house are actually for the gas stove they provide. Of course one understands that as it's a rental home there won't be expensive utensils, but something they should really provide some better ones. 3- cleaning left some things to be desired. We found dirty tissues inside the bedroom's nightstand draw, half a used lemon and a bottle with ice inside the fridge, and had to clean some of the utensils before using them as they were left dirty on the draws. It's very clear that after someone leaves, cleaning is bot done thoroughly. It wasn't a huge impact for our stay, and in all fairness to the owners we didn't mention it at the time and I am sure if we had, they would have come back and cleaned again, but something to consider.

Really close to the beach and lovely garden. Had everything we needed and the house was really clean. Host was responsive when we had a problem. Perfect for a family holiday!

The shower was very slow to drain so we had to be quick in and out. Some of the crockery/cutlery needed a wash prior to using. Although the rest of the house was super clean.
