Résidence calme et parfaitement entretenue. L'appartement est impeccable, propre, bien insonorisé, la cuisine est très agréable.

Juste un petit bémol il n'y a pas assez de couverts...

Lovely and spacious Really lovely balcony . Well stocked kitchen . Really comfortable apartment . Swimming pool ( although not open for us due to time of year ) a little park on site for your little ones . Parking space. Security man on entrance so felt very safe

Really nice apartment around 45 minutes from Madrid center. The place is spacious with all the facilities needed. Private parking. A huge space for kids (inside the compound). The owner is very responsive and welcoming. Recommended.

The sofa wasn't in a great condition, but not something to be concerned about. One room has a small double bed, not very comfortable for two people.

Apartamento amplio, cómodo y totalmente equipado con todo detalle (detergente y suavizante para lavadora, pastillas lavavajillas, etc.). Decoración muy cuidada. Lo que más me gustó es la terraza tan amplia y lad zonas comunes de la urbanización. A 10 min andando del centro de Alcalá de Henares y justo en la esquina hay un supermercado. Buena comunicación con el propietario, que estuvo a nuestra disposición en todo momento, incluso nos dió flexibilidad para el check out al no tener ninguna entrada para ese dia. Sin duda un acierto.

El piso es muy cómodo y confortable, no hemos echado nada en falta. Las camas son cómodas, la zona es silenciosa y tranquila... Nos alojamos 3 adulto y 3 niños, y hemos estado como en casa. Lástima que la piscina aún no estuviera abierta! La comunicación con los propietarios cordial y fluida, muy atentos.
