We liked the propriety very much. It was very clean and just a few steps away from the beach. Host was very nice and helpful.

Apartment was nice and well-equipped, communication was fast and smooth. We were not spending much time in the city exploring other parts of the province, but you have all major supermarket chains around and short walk to the ocean.

Elevator wasn't always reliable

Sofa was a little bit uncomfortable when watching tv

I would absolutely return and definitely recommend the flat! It was easy to access. The apartment was spacious, full of light and well-cleaned, the kitchen was well-equipped and had all the amenities and utensils needed to cook thoroughly. Separate bins for waste recycling were also provided. Modern decor and toilet, plenty of space to store clothes and suitcases. The location was key to moving towards the west and east of the Algarve, with beautiful beaches right across the street and within a short drive. Plenty of supermarkets within 5min driving. Parking outside was not an issue in late October/early November. Last but not least, João –the host– was always available to provide info, promptly shared the access details ahead of check-in and provided swift help the same day when it was needed. The view from the apartment is not towards the sea but we enjoyed it anyway. There are a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella which we really appreciated too!

Can be noisy if there's too much traffic, probably in the busier months, but it wasn't a major issue except for a couple of loud cars and motorcycles. The sofa wasn't really comfortable to sit in but nice to look at, an extra throw on the sofa or bed would great for colder months. The main room is small, as it was the double bed, but comfy enough for two people (orthopaedic mattress that balanced the weight well for a large man and petite lady) and the bedlinen was soft, though I would have appreciated having pillowcases for two pillows each. It would also have been useful to have a second –preferably full-body– mirror outside the toilet. Also expect to buy (or bring your own) toiletries like soap and shampoo, because there were only three small 25ml shower gel bottles provided.

The apartment was really close to the beach and had everything we needed. We cooked in there most of the time and had everything we needed. It overall ambient was great and we felt like at home. Would go there again!

The beds could have been more comfier - very hard and small for two adults (double bed). I didn't sleep very well all nights.

Common areas of the building

The apartment was really clean and located in front of the beach. Supermarket lidl is just a 2 min car drive away. Lot of restaurants are in the neighborhood as well. We chose this hotel mainly we wanted to play golf at amendoeira and enjoy the beach in the evening. I would say the perfect combination. The apartment has allt the cooking equipment is nicely refurbished with a good Ikea taste. Why i gave a 10 is the hospitality. I used whatsapp to contact the owner and he was always responding fast. I made a booking 1 day earlier then my intended stay. He proposed another apartment and the maintenance guy Jacky got my stuff located at the other apartment. I felt really sorry but the host and maintenance guy were really understanding. Heads off for the hospitality.

The apartment is very well located for sightseeing the entire coast, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Good enough for 3-4 people as there are 2 bedrooms. The beach next to the building is very nice as well with a nice beach bar restaurant.

Parking - we drove suv and as soon as we tried to park in the basement we decided not to.. but there is a large beach parking in front of the building so in fact parking was not a problem at all. It was all empty. I've seen people parked along the street as well.
