The location and the space in the apartment

The beds are not very comfortable. The mattress could be better. Could have a double bed room instead 4 single beds. The balcony and outside areas could have been better cleaning

"Thank you to our host and cleaners but...."

Lovely location. Nice airy flat. 3 showers. Spotless.

Management company. took deposit too late then couldn't take off my card or through Booking.com. but only took it the day after we left! Their policy was to hold it for 14 days..... BONKERS! 4 of us staying and minimal basics. Maybe 2 toliet rolls. Nothing else in the bathroom except some watery shampoo in the hand soap dispenser. We left stuff behind. Struggle to think others did'nt. Not very eco friendly and the company clearly a bit mean. Our lovely host understood all of this - hopefully she win's over the company....
