Easy to check in even at night

Great size apartment and good location. Excellent value for money.

Beds could of been a bit comfier but fine overall. Had a lot worse in other places

The pool is very good specially on the morning and lunch time. Good areas and air conditioning.

Lack of a curtain in the kitchen.

Property was all good on arrival. Easy access and I was kept up to date on how to access.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - If you are looking to get your damage deposit back from this rude owner I would avoid booking this property. He told us that the deposit is for “cleaning” and not damage deposit as per Booking . Com policy. Very very disappointed as gives the beautiful area of Cabanas a bad reputation. We have visited here many times as we have friends and family who live here. It was more of a “budget” accommodation. I have rated it 1 but if I could rate lower I would and my reason for this is because of the rudeness of whom I am presuming to be the owner (wouldn’t not let me know who it was I was speaking to) On departure he refused to refund my deposit of 100 euros because he said I had left the property “unclean”. He sent me photos and it was a couple of pieces of tissue and apparently a stain (he said beer) I offered to come back and fix so I could get my deposit back but he refused and said it was on the mattress and would need “specialist cleaning” and poetry would not be able to be let out to next visitors - funny that because we know they went in because we were still with family in Cananas. We asked on several occasions to come snd see it to resolve the problem. He didn’t reply to these asks and proceeded to add pictures of a stained sheet. I asked on numerous occasions for photographic evidence of the mattress which he denied to give. He kept sending the same picture of the sheet. We asked to resolve this again by coming to view the accommodation which he again denied. Still awaiting for my refund. I have also asked for receipt for the “specialist cleaning” which again has been ignored. We were under the impression that the deposit is for damage not cleaning as it should be cleaned after every new visitor. We are more than happy to pay for any damage but I doubt on this occasion there was any. I’m sure once this awful man has read the reviews he will post some pictures. Very happy for this and would love to also see and invoice!

This is a very nice two bedroom condo style apartment on the ground floor. It is pretty quiet in the area and it has access to a pool used by other guests. However when one has such a lovely beach in Cabanas why use the pool. But nice to have it. We did think that as guests must check-out by 10:00hrs as cleaners arrive at 10:30 why can one not check-in earlier than 16:00hrs? Our flight arrived at 09:00hrs so we had to hang around for 5:30hrs before we were allowed-in and that was 90mins earlier because the owner sorted-it at the very last minute. Thank you. However the ? still remains, why do cleaners need 5:30hrs to clean and lay fresh bed linen, etc. My wife reckoned that 2:30 is more than ample. Anyway I want to end on a positive note. The apartment itself has all mod cons and additional pillows, etc if needed. With 2 bathrooms a family can comfortably live here. As a couple it was lovely. Thanks guys.

Apart from the lounge and back bedroom none of the French windows lock securely.
