The building quality very bad, noise from top floor can hear from the room. Especially when people on top pull or push the chair.

I love the fact that its near the night market. Easy access to food and theres a 7/11 just next door.

Upstairs neighbour is a bit noisy but its expected living in a high rise building. Music from the night market goes on until midnight. Might not be suitable for people trying to sleep early. Just fyi.
