Kind owners, great view, roomy apartment, nice location

The noise isolation from other appartments is not 100%, but not a big issue

The staff were friendly, efficient, very responsive, and very helpful with excellent English. The apartment had all the basics, enough room comfortably for a family of 5 over 2 foors: 3 singles upstairs with balcony and a comfy double downstairs with good size bathroom and a living space with kitchenette, sofa, table and large balcony with views of the lake. The swimming pool had just opened but the weather wasn't really warm enough to make good use of it. There was space for the kids to run around, and they made friends with other residents. You could rent/borrow bikes (but we didn't). Good location if you have a car and quite central to both N and S ends of the lake and only 15 minute drive to Malcasine to the ferry to Limone. Restaurants and small spa shop with all thd basics and more just a 5 minute walk away.

Nothing really, but be aware that there's only 1 washing machine, so you need to wait sometimes to use it. The tourist tax is slightly more than advertised on booking as I write this.

Fully serviced apartment for a comfortable stay. The view was amazing. The onsite pool was a perfect refreshment. The lake is so close on foot, no need for use of the car. Onsite parking … and I could go on and on with superlatives!

The location is perfect for exploring the best (north) part of Garda. The host were very warm and welcoming and solved most issues we had with some missing glasses and other kitchen accessories. Nice gift with some wine on arrival. Great with underground parking garage. We lived in a 5 person apartment (nr11) and the place is not the most modern or well equipped kitchen but clean and functional. The view from the roof terrace is spectacular. Nice pool that was never crowded. If you tell the host a day before you can borrow bikes, even e-bikes for free! Great service. The town is nice and quiet with a few restaurants, of which Luisa was great, supermarket, gelaterias and the lake boardwalk stretches 30 km in total with bars and restaurants along the way. All in all we were very pleased and considering location, pool and generally very nice hosts this is an absolute steal.

Wifi was unfortunately really really bad, only worked in the kitchen sometimes and no reception in the other rooms, really should be updated to a modern mesh network. The AC was located in the top floor, resulting in that the rest of the apartment pretty much have no or very little AC even if the airflow was directed down the stairs. A simple heat transfer fan into the lower bedroom would solve this.

Everything was more than perfect - that's really perfect location for your stay near the lake. Just a few minutes on foot and you are already at the lake. The hosts and their welcome were wonderful, they gave us great tips on where to eat and what to visit, what to see in the area around.

the property has exceptional view and beautiful grass garden. pool is nice though we came in off season for swimming. Guy who welcomed us was very nice and answered all questions! full value for money

apart from kitchen which is new, apartment needs some refurbishing! with small input in new beds, table and sofa, the property would be so much more comfortable and enjoyable

Everything was perfect. Landlord lent us bikes and we could roaming around a lake. The restaurants were very close. Apartment was clean and well furnished.
