Spacious, Light & Cozy Apartments with Ocean Views

It was our another time in Tenerife. The flat was good equipped and very clean. Two bathrooms are a lifesaver if you travel with more than 2 people. Contact with the owner was great, responded through SMS in couple of minutes every time when I had a question. Great location, shops and restaurants nearby as well as beaches and local markets.

Perfect hosts, responsive, helpful and patient. Apartment spotless, as described and well equipped, with plenty of towels, linen, cutlery, crockery & all mod cons. Funky decor a bonus! Lots of little touches that show a host cares - bottle of wine and beers in the fridge on arrival, loo roll, washing tabs, dishwasher tabs etc. Great little balcony from which to enjoy breakfast, smart TV with bluetooth for music and everything else we needed. Have travelled a lot over the years, alone and with family, and this is one of the absolute best. Real credit must got to the hosts. Book with total confidence and enjoy your break here.

None of these are really 'moans' they are more 'things to be aware of'. 1) Steps, this is a 2nd floor apartment, so that means several flights of stairs and no lift. Not a problem for most, but my other half has a knee injury and this was awkward at times. Luckily there's a very lovely physio a few doors down who we visited while we were there (not from the steps I hasten to add - this was a pre-existing condition!) 2) air con - there is none. We had all doors open permanently and it was still warm, usually 23-25 degrees inside. It should be noted, however, that many places in Tenerife don't have aircon, even though it's a hot place. It's still not the norm there for some reason, but cool sea breeze helps here due to the large double door balcony overlooking the beach. One small fan supplied, but 1 or 2 more would be useful. 3) Parking - there is no dedicated parking, but there is free street parking just outside and up the hill. It's a lottery for spaces and only on the very first night did we have a problem with a 40 min search for a space, even with our local knowledge of the area helping us. However, this turned out to be an outlier, after that it was easy, must have been an event on somewhere that particular evening. 4) showers - two showers, both great, BUT you can't run both at the same time. Well, you can, but they will both be cool, the boiler doesn't appear to be powerful enough to run both simultaneously which, when you have 4 people getting ready at the same time, can be an issue. I should be clear, however, that NONE of these things affected our enjoyment of the place, and I'm being picky because I'm being asked for negatives. This is all I can come up with! It's a great apartment, would happily recommend anytime, and will do so. Enjoy!

Amazing views from the balcony and very close to a nice little beach for swimming in. Also liked the quirky interior design. Very comfortable place to stay.

Only minor complaint was the flat above was a bit noisy at night but it was the Easter weekend and not much anyone could do about that!

Amazing apartment, unbelievable view worth a million! Very nice welcome from the hosts like cold wine and beer in a fridge during a really hot day was really lovely gesture! Would stay there again for sure!

the only difficulty was entering the entrance door of the building, something should be changed there for better convenience when entering, otherwise it was a small challenge every time
